The preventing cons from stacking part is good, but the rest is horrible. Consumables need to be nerfed, not buffed.

Cons are already stupidly overpowered, no need to make them even better. Only thing I agree with is making them not stackable. In a game that's so insanely strict about having all characters and their equipment identical, without even slightiest forms of imbalance (which is also wrong since minor imblalances in PvE would make it less boring), having the possibility to stack a ton of various consumable effects to get like +300hp, +30energy +33% faster cast, attack, run, +faster recharge +some armor, dmg reduction and hp regen, if only you can afford them is pure ridiculousssnesss.

/signed on the idea, not on the execution.
Just make cons give moderately useful but not overpowered bonus, that's all.
+10 armour or +3 hp regen doesn't seem like much at first, but it actually is.
It's time to make them meaningful but not over the top, that's for sure.
